At MOS Therapy Staffing, we excel at finding dedicated and skilled healthcare professionals. We provide customized staffing solutions to healthcare facilities, including contract staffing, short- to long-term assignments, temporary-to-permanent placements and direct hire.
We recruit healthcare professionals from the United States and countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, Canada, the Philippines, India, Korea and South Africa.
Our team includes recruiters, credentialing managers, trainers and orientation professionals. We work with an experienced immigration attorney and licensing specialists to support internationally trained healthcare professionals as they prepare to work in the United States.
Our story
Our story began in 2008
We began internationally in 2008 with a simple purpose: help healthcare organizations find qualified professionals while creating meaningful, long-term career opportunities. Our founders saw facilities struggling to find and retain the people they needed, and professionals looking for opportunities to build their careers.
In 2014, we established U.S. operations under the MOS Therapy Staffing name. Our work grew to include nursing, physical therapy, rehabilitation and healthcare staffing for organizations nationwide. Today, we operate through AB Health Corp LLC, formed in 2021.

An internationally qualified physical therapist, Dr. Bansal moved into healthcare business leadership. Her healthcare background informs our approach to recruiting professionals internationally and improving recruitment processes so facilities can focus on patient care.
